WHAT WE DO
Galileo Project provides project management assistance and consultation (PMAC) to state and federal project and program managers. Our extensive experience working with multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency environmental projects affords us a unique and efficient approach to creating and managing project teams. Since 2010, Galileo has provided PMAC services to the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and USDA Forest Service on environmental compliance projects across the United States.

Galileo’s staff provides a high level of practical agency experience; diverse project management skills; understanding of the importance of a transparent and defensible project; and a broad range of natural, cultural, and recreation resource knowledge. Galileo’s areas of expertise include meeting planning and facilitation; stakeholder and public outreach; and project information management. With our assistance, project teams have more time to focus on technical tasks, problem solving, and making good decisions.

Our expertise is in assisting agency staff with coordinating multi- jurisdictional, National Environmental Policy Act, CEQA, and construction phase projects, FOIA/litigation support, stakeholder development, and public outreach/meeting facilitation.
We understand that each agency has its own culture and regulatory environment. Our diverse project experience represents project support to hundreds of agency staff from federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Our expertise is in supporting agency environmental compliance. Galileo’s familiarity with these agencies and how they interact, be it as cooperating agencies or co-leads, helps us to anticipate and alleviate potential issues and project pinch points.
